Digital STEP participates in a transnational partnership with two other EQUAL projects from Germany and Sweden.
Together, the three projects developed the REAL (Routes
to Employment through Accreditation and Learning) transnational co-operation agreement (TCA) including the key aims and objectives of the partnership and a work plan for transnational activities.
The partners have a common interest in working to create routes to employment for young people. Also in common is the belief that there is an alternative approach to education and learning other than
the formal education system.
The overall product of the transnational partnership will be the development of a broad based model of learning, development and accreditation that is transferable, adaptable, flexible, and capable of
evolving, which is based upon research, practice and fits with policy. This model will be applicable within each territory and across Europe. The outcome of the partnership will be to influence and impact
upon policy by mainstreaming the model within each territory and within the EU.
